Day 3: Still strong

I was down another .2 this morning. I know one of these mornings I will be up so I don't know why I am insisting on doing it daily! I was very busy at work today so I forgot to drink as much as I should have, only 48 ounces today. 

My breakfast:

Do you see that big empty spot on my plate? That's where the avocado was supposed to go. It wasn't very ripe and I ended up slicing my thumb! That's what I get for eating healthy. I never cut my fingers while eating an Egg McMuffin! 


For lunch I had two pieces of Gordons Tilapia and steamed green beans. 

I was so excited for dinner that I forgot to take a picture My husband travels a lot for work and tonight he returned after being gone a few days. He too is trying to eat better. I decided to make steaks. I have never been good at making steaks. They are always tough! So tonight I watched a few YouTube videos and what do you know, we had awesome steaks! I also made tortilla soup ( which I did not eat), salad, carrots, and potatoes ( again, I skipped). 

I had a small bag of dried apples for dessert and I am done! Feeling good and successful!
